The Nightmare that never ends - 31.03.07 (I)
My nightmare begans on 31th of march. It began to grow as a malicious tumour in my brain, inch by inch. Blocking out all my senses, tormenting mentally, emotionally and physically.
I thought that going to pulau ubin should be an interesting outing, which leads to a series of events that never seems to end. hui and i went there as a "honeymoon" which i termed it. I joked to her that i would like to end this marriage after this year. You see, this curse has been going on for 9 years.
Little did i realise that it has actually "ended" without me knowing about it. hui has dated for almost 1/2 a year under my nose. Anyway, back to the story.We reached pulau ubin. We decided to explore the rocky terrain. Just ten minutes, there was a couple who tried to stop in the middle of the road. hui had to brake and my reaction was kinda of slow, i rammed straight into her rear! She has bruises on her legs and asked me what the hell was i thinking. ermh... well, i have no answer. That is just the beginning of the whole nightmare.
Later, "Somehow" while exploring another route, i saw a huge rock and i tried to shun it, i flew out of the bicycle. Guess what? the wheel was twisted into a shape of 8. DOnt ask me how i did it, but i really twisted the wheel in a state that i have to carry it back to the bicycle shop. The auntie was surprised how did i do it? i paid $10/- for this absurd mistake.
There were a few occasions that i nearly flew out of the bicycle. Trouble never strikes once, twice or thrice. When we reached the the furthest point of pulau ubin, an unexpected huge downpour came trashing at us. Yah, first we were toasted like suckling pig and now we were drenched to the skin! The rain was so huge that i couldnt see what was ahead of me. i was shivering and cycling like lightning speed to avoid being wet. Stupid right?
When we reached the store, we looked like washed out seaweed , caked with mud. What an interesting sight. It will be a memorable memory in time to come to remincise. We had no choice but to go back home to wash up first before meeting hx and sk for dinner.
While we were on the bus, the air con relentlessly pierced into our bones! damn chilling , wonder the bus driver was thinking!? We were soaking wet, stinky, sandy and freezing into a cube of pork fat. hui managed to fall asleep. i was kinda of in a trance. soon i drifted into a restless sleep. The bus bell startled me, we were in bedok.
I dropped off and rushed home to wash up.Then i bolted out to reach suntec. While i was waiting for sk , i saw huixian and deliberately bumped into her. When the 4 of us finally met, we had a sumptous dinner. I pestered them to see a top that i was eyeing at g2000. In the end, hui and ski bought that top for me. i was gleefully holding onto the present. Thinking that today wasnt that bad at all.
The worst is about to hit me. While we were on our way home, hui unexpectedly told us that she has been dating for 1/2 a year. She wasnt kidding us. sk was very elated and kept asking questions. I was dumbfounded. thousands of questions ran through my mind. who? when? how? where? what?
She commented that her bf was someone that i hate. i couldnt think straight, confusing thoughts swirled my mind.
a guy that i hate starts to form, could it be him? yup, it was the guy that i swore about in my blog. haha. what an irony.whatever. the rest of it was alreadly blogged in my previous entries. This is not the end.
